Aloha and welcome to AlohaCare Advantage Plus. We are pleased that you have chosen AlohaCare Advantage Plus as your Medicare Advantage health and prescription drug plan.

Once you become an AlohaCare Advantage Plus health plan member, we will mail you information about your benefits. You will receive your AlohaCare Advantage Plus ID card in the mail.

Please carry your AlohaCare Advantage Plus ID card with you at all times. Each time you visit your doctor or pharmacist, please be sure to present your AlohaCare Advantage Plus ID card.
