Who we are and what we do
We are a safety net health plan founded in 1994 by Hawai‘i’s community health centers to support individual wellness and promote community access to quality health care. We do this by embracing and celebrating Hawaiˊi's diverse populations; supporting whole person care; creating innovative services; and operating with aloha.
